MEET DR. ELIZABETH
I am a food allergy mom and a licensed psychologist. I blend nearly two decades of personal experience managing anaphylactic allergies with my professional expertise as a psychologist and researcher.
I know how completely overwhelming and anxiety-provoking it is to live with food allergies. I have felt the chronic stress and loneliness of trying to figure out how to balance safety concerns with living a full and rich life. And I have experienced the frustration of too few available resources addressing the psychological impacts of food allergies and their treatments.
I get it, I’ve been there. I’ve learned a lot along the way and am here to help you build your own toolbox of emotional skills and strategies. My goal is to empower you to live well with food allergies and move beyond surviving to thriving.
